1971 Corvette Stingray Coupe T-Top

This car has one flaw - the paint job. The rest of the car is in great shape.
It features the 350 small block, four speed, side exhaust pipes matte black (sort of primer looking) color and it looks absolutely badass.
Black with side pipes. Just like we want 'em.

The last two years I have had a mechanic professionally install several brand new things:

* Brand new (not rebuilt) stock GM replacement motor. 350/300hp
* Brand new carburetor
* Brand new gas tank
* Brand new break calipers all around and master cylinder
* Brand new rear bumper
* Brand new rear-view mirrors
* Brand new radiator
* Brand new power steering valve
* Bunch o' hoses etc. that needed replacement.

I also have several brand new components I have not even installed yet that will come with the car for free:

* New custom stingray cover, great for when the leaves and rain comes if you don't have it garaged.
* Two Stingray logos emblem for the side front. The corvette logo letters on the rear. New GM parts still in box.
* New cut-pile carpet - ready to install.

Everything I have added to the car has been brand new components - no rebuilt or second hand components. Naturally since I decided to go for new components this car does not have matching numbers and is thus not for someone looking for a museum piece.
On the other hand, if you want a car you can drive whenever you feel like it, this is your machine.
I have put about about 2000 - 2500 miles on the car after installing these things.
This car runs like a dream and looks absolutely bad ass.
If you want to drive it as it is, there is nothing you need to do - pick it up and drive.
If you are picky and want to make this one look really nice, a sanding and repaint will make this machine fantastic.
My intention was to make it mechanically great before I started making it beautiful.
Now the car is mechanically great, but I have a new baby and a new house and I just don't have the time this car deserves anymore - I will have to drop this one and perhaps try again in 15 years or so.

My loss is your gain - come and check it out!
