both the attic and the garage need a lot of attention ... but this is the fun part of it.
high potential house means high maintenance, right?

NO! this is not the moon!  this is the attic.

as you can barely see (there are no windows), there is a very high ceilings, and the size of the attic is the size of the house, meaning BIG.

we can potentially get 2 bedrooms up there, or build a KICK-ASS home theater ... Christer is dreaming ...

what you see on the floor is some insulation.  we want to remove it from the floor and install some new material on the ceilings.

the doors are old and the ceiling is very high ...
we could potentially set-up a guest room (just kidding).
